Garden maintenance for landlords and developers
Gardens ready for the next tenant or buyer: tidy-ups, regular upkeep and show-home presentation.
An overgrown garden puts off tenants and buyers before they reach the front door. We tidy gardens between tenancies, keep rental properties maintained on a regular schedule, and keep show homes and new plots looking right for viewing days.
We’ll send photos when the job’s done, so you have a record of how the garden was left.
What we look after
- End-of-tenancy garden tidy-ups
- Regular upkeep for rental properties
- Show homes and plots before handover
- Communal areas on new estates
- Lawns, hedges and beds
- Photos of the finished job
- Gritting shared paths and drives for tenants

For landlords and agents
Plenty of tenancy agreements ask tenants to keep the garden tidy, and plenty of gardens still come back overgrown. We’ll put it right quickly so it doesn’t hold up the next let. For HMOs and properties where tenants won’t do the garden, a regular visit keeps it from getting to that point.
For developers
New turf and young planting need regular attention in the first season. We’ll keep show homes and finished plots mown, edged and watered so they look right on viewing days, and we can carry on with the communal areas once the management company takes over.
How a contract works.
The same simple process for every site.
Walk-round
We meet you on site, walk the grounds, and note what matters: the frontage people see first, the awkward bits, access times and anything residents or staff have complained about.
Schedule and price
You get a written schedule for the year listing every task and how often it happens, with one fixed price. Itemised, so it’s easy to compare quotes or take to a board.
Regular visits
We start on an agreed date and visit on the agreed days. The same team is on site every time, so the people doing the work are the people you spoke to.
Review
Once a year we walk the site with you again, look at what worked and what didn’t, and adjust the schedule for the next season.
Questions people ask
Anything else, just ring. You’ll speak to the people who do the work.
How quickly can you do an end-of-tenancy tidy-up?
Usually within a week or so, often sooner. Ring us with the address and what you need, and we’ll give you a date.
Do you send photos?
Yes. We’ll send photos of the finished garden for your records.
Can you look after several properties?
Yes. Lots of landlords and agents use us across a few addresses. We’ll put them on one schedule and one invoice.
