Looking for a gardener in Horne? We’re based in Horley, about four and a half miles west along the lanes, and we’ve been trading since 2004. Horne is about as rural as our patch gets. It’s a parish of scattered farms, a church on Church Road, the hamlet of Newchapel out on the A22, and a great deal of hedge in between.

The 2011 census counted just 324 households spread over more than 1,400 hectares, and well over half the homes were detached. Clay holds water all winter. Several sources of the River Eden rise in the parish, and in a wet spring a Horne lawn can stay soft well into April.
